Pescado Hawaiano

Ingredientes:

1 Piña
1 Jugo de naranja
1 Cucharada de Azúcar
1 Sal al gusto
1 Vaso de agua
4 Filets de pescado
1 Sazón Completo

Pasos:

Paso 1: Pescado: Preparar los filets de pescado con sal y sazón completo al gusto. Freír los filets por ambos lados

Paso 2: Salsa: Cocinar la piña en trozos pequeños fuego lento por 30 minutos. Agregarle poco a poco: Azúcar, sal, agua y jugo de naranja. Mezclar hasta que quede cremoso con sabor agridulce

Paso 3: Servir cada filet de Pescado y bañarlos con suficiente salsa

Paso 4: ¡A disfrutar!

Easy Fluffy Pancakes

This is the easiest, fluffiest pancake recipe I’ve made (and so much better than the boxed mixes). These pancakes are from scratch with ingredients I bet you already have in your kitchen! The secret to my pancakes is a generous amount of baking powder, which reacts with the heat of the skillet and makes them rise tall and fluffy. We also stir in a good amount of butter and vanilla, guaranteeing they taste incredible! My pancake recipe calls for milk, but if you have buttermilk, I highly recommend this buttermilk pancake recipe. These super fluffy pancakes have also inspired many of the pancake recipes on Inspired Taste, which I recommend browsing through. Happy pancake making!

Ingredientes:

Flour I use all-purpose flour, but whole wheat flour, spelt flour, or your favorite gluten-free flour blend work in this recipe! I have used this pancake recipe as a base for my whole wheat pancakes and gluten-free buckwheat pancakes.
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon of fine sea or table salt, reduce to 1/4 teaspoon if sensitive to salt
1 ¼ cups (295ml) milk, dairy or non-dairy
1 large egg

Pasos:

Paso 1: Prepare the butter: Melt the butter and set it aside to cool slightly.

Paso 2: Combine dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Paso 3: Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Don’t worry if the butter solidifies a little.

Paso 4: Mix the batter: Create a well in the center of your dry ingredients. Pour the milk mixture into the well and gently whisk until the flour is just incorporated. A few small lumps are perfectly normal. As the batter rests, you should see it begin to bubble. It will be thick, like cake batter. If it seems too thick, add a splash more milk to thin it out.

Hummus de Garbanzos

Ingredientes:

500 Gramos de Garbanzos
1 Limón ácido
2 Dientes de ajo
2 Cucharadas de aceite de Oliva
1/2 Cucharadita de Sal
50 ml de agua

Pasos:

Paso 1: Agregar los garbanzos, el jugo de limón, los dientes de ajo, el agua, el aceite y la sal a una licuadora o a un procesador de alimentos

Paso 2: Licuar todos los ingredientes, hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea y pastosa.

Paso 3: Sírvalo en un recipiente hondo y decora con una ramita ce culantro
